The Healthy Way to Fry an Egg


Love your eggs in the morning?

This is such a great idea!


Take any capsicum, the more colours the better, slice through the middle in half centimetre (1/4 inch) slices. Make sure you cut straight!

Place them in a non stick pan or lightly oil or butter the pan.

Break the egg into the middle of the capsicum slice.

Garnish with parsley, salt and pepper (optional)

Cook until egg is set.

Sunny-side-up or flip.

Don’t overcook.

Serve on toast or as a side or on their own.

Cool and take on a picnic.

Kids will love them!
